What is simple and easy to some may not be simple and easy to others.  Is going cold turkey easy, some say it is, but a large majority of people will conclude that it is the pits. 

We have to agree that if it was simple to quit then there would be no smokers left, but it isn’t easy and it take true dedication.  The problem with habits such as smoking is that our minds begin to link emotions with the action of smoking, so when we are sad or angry we reach for a smoke to calm us down or to make us feel better.  So our minds remember this and the next time you feel sad or angry your mind instructs you to light up a smoke… This is way it seems difficult to quit.

There are a lot of reasons why smokers smoke, I should know use to smoke up to two packets of cigarettes a day.  The triggers that cause smokers to run to a smoke are many, but they can be released with EFT.  One thing EFT has over many other natural therapies is its ability to release cravings, and this is where EFT comes into its own.
